You completed your 200 hour YTT.
You fell deeper in love with the practice.
Maybe you've been teaching a while and feel ready for the next step.
Now what?
The Atrium's 300-Hour Teacher Training is where the real unfolding begins. This is the work that takes you beyond technique and into the subtler, richer layers of yoga and teaching. The kind of work that changes not just how you lead a class, but how you show up in your life.
Over 8 weekends, including four intensives with some of the most respected leaders in the field, you'll dive deep into the ancient and ever-relevant practices of yoga, hone your voice as a mentor and leader, and become part of a community of teachers committed to growing together.
This is where good teachers become unforgettable ones.
About this 300hr program
As we grow as teachers, we naturally grow in our capacity to serve. Leadership, facilitation, and mentorship becomes an essential part of that journey.
This 300hr training experience is unique in that the first 5 months share space with the 200hr cohort. As a 300hr group, we will meet on the Fridays before the 200hr training weekends to discuss and learn facilitation and mentorship. Then on the Saturday and Sunday of training, we will join the 200hr cohort.
This is valuable for a few reasons:
1) Every training is different, so there will likely be new information that you haven’t been exposed to yet.
2) Returning to foundational teachings allows for deeper understanding and integration. You are not the same person you were the first time you encountered these ideas, and there is profound value in approaching familiar material with fresh eyes, more experience, and a richer context. The Bhagavad Gita reads differently at every stage of life.
3) On our Fridays together, we will pull back the curtain and discuss why we lead the content the way we do. As you learn the why, we can discuss alternative ways to present and lead information, giving you a foundational understanding in how we learn. You will be given tools to think critically about teaching teachers to teach, and will have opportunities to facilitate training.
In the final three months, dedicated weekends exclusive to the 300-hour program will go deep into advanced topics including energetics, sound healing, yoga therapy, and yin yoga, led by expert faculty in each area.
Meet your Guest Teachers:
Rhia Robinson
Motherhood, meditation, travel, writing, and a lifelong devotion to inner inquiry continue to shape both Rhia's life and her teaching. Her classes extend beyond physical practice, offering yoga as a path of self-discovery—an invitation to observe the subtle patterns of mind and emotion, cultivate presence and rediscover the quiet joy that has always existed within.
Teaching since 2002, Rhia offers public and private classes, workshops and teacher trainings. Her work is deeply rooted in the tradition, informed by years of study, including advanced training with Rod Stryker, while remaining guided by curiosity, lived experience and the understanding that yoga is a practice to be embodied rather than simply learned.
