Flow

Build strength and spirit in our signature Flow class. Rooted in vinyasa tradition and infused with breath, energy, and grace, Flow is a thoughtful and empowering practice that challenges the body and soothes the heart in equal measure.

This is our fastest paced class and our most physically demanding offering. Expect dynamic sequencing, continuous movement, and the kind of practice that asks something of you and gives back even more. You will build your own heat from the inside out, as all Flow classes are unheated, and leave feeling strong, clear, and alive in your body.

All levels are welcome and our teachers are skilled at offering options so you can meet the class where you are. That said, come ready to move. Every class is crafted with creative, intelligent sequencing, intentional music, and heartfelt messaging, creating an experience that is as nourishing for the spirit as it is for the body.

Slow + Steady

Slow down, tune in, and find your edge at your own pace.

Slow and Steady is a class that many newer students find to be a natural entry point, not because it is easier, but because the slower pace gives you more time to learn, feel, and understand each posture from the inside out. Expect to hold poses longer, move through fewer vinyasas, and develop a deeper relationship with your body and breath along the way.

Conscious movement is connected to breath and catered to you, creating a practice that empowers the mind and nourishes the body. With extra support and hands-on assists throughout, this class invites you to close your eyes, drop inward, and simply experience how each posture and each breath feels in your body.

Slow and Steady is open to all levels and is especially welcoming for those seeking a more deliberate expression of movement, those managing a chronic condition, and students recovering from an injury. Come ready to work, just at a pace that lets you actually feel it.

Gentle yoga

Gentle is exactly what it sounds like, and so much more.

This soft, intentional flow weaves breathwork and kind, conscious movement into a practice designed to meet your body with compassion and care. Whether you are healing, rebuilding, or simply in need of restoration, Gentle creates space for you to evolve your practice and deepen your self-care at a pace that feels like a gift.

This class is built to welcome bodies in every phase, form, and age. Pregnant and postpartum students, those healing from injuries, and those brand new to yoga will all find a home here. If you are arriving depleted, emotionally, physically, or both, this is the class that will help you find your center and remember how good it feels to be in your body.

Come as you are. Leave feeling cared for.

Yin

Yin is an invitation to be still and go deep.

This passive practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body, including the fascia, ligaments, and joints, with a particular focus on the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. By holding poses anywhere from two to twenty minutes, Yin works beneath the surface of the muscles to lengthen, strengthen, and encourage flexibility in the layers of the body that more active practices rarely reach.

But Yin is as much a mental practice as a physical one. The long holds naturally invite meditation, stillness, and a deepening awareness of your inner landscape. In a world that rarely asks you to slow down and simply be, Yin offers something quietly radical, the space to turn inward and listen.

Come ready to surrender. Leave feeling restored from the inside out.
