About Han
Guided by over 10 years of devoted practice and 300+ hours of training, I offer a space where breath leads movement, and movement becomes meditation. Rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga and Vinyasa, my classes weave thoughtful sequences, precise alignment, and yoga philosophy into an experience that is both grounding and expansive. I teach to hold space—for growth, stillness, challenge, and transformation. Students often call my classes a balance of strength and softness, clarity and calm.
