About molly

Over 20 years ago I was invited to a yoga class after moving to the Caribbean solo. At the time I was thrilled to have made a new friend, so I said ‘absolutely’ not thinking much at all about the activity itself - I was looking for connection. That is exactly what I found within myself and the community, something special happened when I practiced and yoga has been a lifeline all throughout my journey since. I love being a student first and foremost because there is freedom in expressing your breath as movement - the full spectrum of human emotion can be found within a practice and so it is an opportunity to stay curious and observe. Every time I step onto my mat there is an opportunity to shift my perspective and the dedicated inward focus encourages the stilling of the mind.

Teaching yoga was a natural evolution after loving the practice for so long - experiencing the benefits of a consistent practice, I was moved to share the gifts of yoga with others. I feel so grateful to serve my students and what I treasure most about teaching is the act of service itself - it is an honor to share the gift of yoga. My classes tend to focus on building strength and resilience with an emphasis on mobility - I strive to offer options for all levels so that you are able to create an experience that honors your body best. I enjoy dialing into the details of shapes and offer creative ways to move. I am inspired by my teachers and the philosophical teachings of yoga - additionally, I bring in aspects of anatomy and strength training to help support the body for a lifelong practice.

This vessel is yours and you have the choice to move freely, in a way that serves you best - my message is always to listen to your inner voice.

In addition to yoga, I am a fan of all forms of fitness and you can usually find me at the gym when I’m not in a studio. Cooking and friendships bring me joy - I am a life long student and absolutely love to learn, travel and hike.
